Grass Valley, CA – The streets of downtown Grass Valley are about to go to the dogs—literally! On Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 3:00 PM, the community will gather for The 11th Annual Howl-O-Ween Dog Mob Parade presented by PAWS’itive Pals Dog Training and The City of Grass Valley. This free family event that celebrates creativity, community spirit, and of course, our four-legged companions.

Come and watch the show, and bring a chair, visit our local establishments and enjoy time with your community. Costumes are encouraged. Friendly Dogs encouraged.
